Price: 60 gp
Usage: held in 1 hand

Activate Single Action Interact; Effect When activated. You can move a Red Dot created by that Laser Pointer to a location that you and the Red Dot both have Line of Sight to, or you can destroy all Red Dots previously created by that Laser Pointer and create a new Red Dot at any point you have Line of Sight to.

Fascinate Felines[edit]

Fascinate Felines (Single Action)
Traits: Concentrate Visual
Requirements: Must be holding the Laser Pointer that created the Red Dot
Ever cat-like creature that can see the Red Dot must make will save with a bonus equal to the creatures distance to the Red Dot or become Fascinated by the Red Dot. All Cat-like creatures that are not Fascinated by the Red Dot must make a Perception check,

  • If the creature make a critical success on it's Perception check The GM will make a Nature check for you with a penalty equal to the creature's will bonus,
  • on a critical success on the Nature Check the creature becomes fascinated by the red dot.
  • On a success of the Nature check the creature gains the flatfooted condition.
  • If the creature makes success on the Perception check they gain the flat footed condition.

Entice Felines[edit]

Traits: Concentrate Visual
Requirements: Must be holding the Laser Pointer that created the Red Dot

Make a Nature check:

  • Critical Success: You can choose any attack and the Fascinated Creature must make it against the Creature, Location or Object the Red Dot in on.
  • Success: All Creatures Fascinated by the Red Dot must make an attack against the Creature, Location or Object the Red Dot in on.
  • Critical Failure: All Fascinated Creatures make a Will Save and if they get a
    • Critical Success on the Will Save The Creature looses their Fascination with the Red Dot and Automatically succeed all Will Saves from any Red Dot for the next 24 hours. If the Creature gets a
    • Success on the Will Save they loose Fascination with the Red Dot. If you make a
    • On a Critical Failure of your Nature Check and Critical Failure on the Creature' Will Save if the Creature doesn't have the Animal trait they become addicted to Chasing Red Dots.

Red Dots[edit]

A Red Dot is always considered illuminated by blight light. When a Red Dot moves into the Reach of a Cat-like creature it must make a Will Save or become Fascinated by it.

A creature Fascinated by a Red Dot must move so that the Red Dot in within the creature's Reach.

If a Fascinated Creature is within Reach of the Red Dot it's fascinated by and the Creature didn't attack the Creature, Location or Object the Red Dot in on the last turn the creature gains the flatfooted condition until it makes an attack against the Creature, Location or Object the Red Dot in on.

Chasing Red Dots[edit]

Track the maximum stage you reach with this addiction.
This maximum stage is separate from your current addiction stage. The maximum stage can’t be reduced, even if you fully remove the disease. When you become Fascinated by a Red Dot you attempt a Will Save.

  • On a Critical Success you suppress the effects of this addiction until the first time you awaken after 12 hours past the time you loose fascination.
  • On a Success you suppress the effects of this addiction until 24 hours after you loose Fascination.
  • On a Failure this addiction advances 1 stage and you suppress the effects of this addiction until you are Fascinated by a Red Dot or you awaken, which ever happen first.
  • On a Critical Failure you to go to the maximum stage you had previously reached.

Each week you make a Will Save,

  • On a Critical Success You reduce your stage by 1(this can reduce it to negative stages) you earn on Day of Reprieve, By reviewing how good you by avoiding Chasing Red Dots or how low you sank be indulging in it before you go to sleep you can Suppress the effects of this Addiction for the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep again.
  • On a Success you reduce your stage by 1(this can reduce it to negative stages)
  • On a Critical Failure you loose 1 day of Reprieve if you have any.
