YiffieMon:Creature Difficulty Factor

The CDF is half that of PnP.

The CDF of an opponent equals (HPV/20)+(MEL/4). Round up before adding the resulting values. Where the creature has a power expressed as a BL, BL/2 is also added as a factor.

EXAMPLE — A Troll, HPV40, has a CDF of 2. A Wizard, HPV28, MEL11, has a CDF of 5. The total value of the Troll is 80 points. The total value of the Wizard is 140.
