DrAlta:Cyril Sneer

Though Cyril Sneer has mellowed and become quite generous in his old age he refuses to admit it. Like demanding Cedric run his Hotel-spa When he decided to move the workload of managing his money and get rich schemes to the pigs. He didn't want to appear to be letting Cedric off the hook by not making any demands of him but know that he would enjoy running it and that it would give him the free time he needed to enjoy his time with Bert Raccoon.

It's also shown in the fact that he keeps the pigs around on his cruises stays at 5 star hotels which he allows them to enjoy under the guise of "I don't need you pigs taking care of me! I've hired professionals to do that." The reason he gives for keeping the pigs around is he needs someone to manage his money/schemes now that his son has grown into his own man.
