Prasaravana (ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵਨਾ): preamble.
The prasaravana is the start of the Wholly Marine Office's Manual before the Guru Granth Sahib, and reads, "I assume the following is true, because it explains my past experiences and shall continue to hold it as true until such a time as evidence shows it to be false."
