Fascinate Felines (Single Action)
Traits: Concentrate Visual
Requirements: Must be holding the Laser Pointer that created the Red Dot
Ever cat-like creature that can see the Red Dot must make will save with a bonus equal to the creatures distance to the Red Dot or become Fascinated by the Red Dot.
All Cat-like creatures that are not Fascinated by the Red Dot must make a Perception check,
- If the creature make a critical success on it's Perception check The GM will make a Nature check for you with a penalty equal to the creature's will bonus,
- on a critical success on the Nature Check the creature becomes fascinated by the red dot.
- On a success of the Nature check the creature gains the flatfooted condition.
- If the creature makes success on the Perception check they gain the flat footed condition.
