Revival is the process to ready a card for activation. If a character is reviving a card on it's own has to pay the card's full Revive Cost in mana. If the card is being revived as part of Shuffling a deck you only pay

where RC is the total Revive Costs of all the cards in the deck. But Revive a Card with a Revive Cost greater then the amount spent Shuffling the Deck.
