Tension controls how powerfull your orgasms are.

You can Tension equal to the Cadence of positions you activate if the Cadence id positive but don't lose Tension if the Cadence is negative

You lose 1 Tension for each orgasm you have while you have The Lead

If the total of all your Desires you ever exceeds[HA's Note:By how much?] your Tension, you Ahegao.
