DrAlta:Bilivia Bell

Bilivia "Bill" Bell is the senior ranger of DrAlta:The Evergreen Forest and the constable of that region. She is respected as the arbiter of disputes and is the primary peace maker in the forest. She's a tomboy and is as gruff as any man.
