Commandant
Someone that is bonded to one or more PokeWomon.
Due to PokeWoMon biology, when a PokeWoMon uses someone's mind during Taming to stave off Feraldom, they normally bond to that person. Such PokeWoMon view the Commandant as the pack leader and often defer to that Tamer.
