The goodness of the Other Dark is stronger than that outside it, for weak goodness ether gets destroyed or tempered by it's constant gloom.<br />

While the world sees the OtherDark as a place of darkness of Horrors and imagine it to be the work of some grate evil, it is made by the Halflings from the lost and suppressed elements of people.<br />
